Tuesday training session from the Uxbridge
Meet outside by Hillingdon Athletics Stadium track by 6:20pm
Training for middle distance runners, which will include a variety of speed work, hills and track (woods in summer)
Aim of sessions are to improve runners ability so they can represent the club in races
Session is followed by 10 minutes of strength & conditioning and stretches back at Hillingdon Athletics Staduim
Our coaches will tailor the session to your ability, all are welcome
Please wear high-visibility clothing during winter sessions
