These are specifically chosen to encourage a good turnout by club members, build team spirit and foster a sense of community. Points are awarded based on your finishing position in the Hillingdon team for each race. The leader board will be regularly updated and the winners awarded the Summer Series shield at the end of the end of season awards night.

17May 17, 2025●(1 event) May 17, 2025 ![]() The first Southern Athletics League fixture of the season is at Perivale on May 17th. The SAL is the area track and field league for clubs like ours, who belong to the South of England Athletics Association. There are four fixtures over the summer. May 17th – Perivale June 22nd – Parliament Hill July 12th – Uxbridge August 31st – Lee Valley The timetable for events can be found below. They vary from meet to meet. If you’d like to take part in the first meeting, please message or get in touch with the relevant contact before 1st May 225: Sprints and Jumps – Jim Southgate Throws – Jim Flanders Middle Distance – Paul Cuddihy or Dave Smith We’re one of the very few clubs still competing independently (as opposed to being part of a joint team). We have a fantastic track and field history and it would be terrific to keep this tradition going! Please support your club by being available for selection. All abilities are welcome. If the club doesn’t have anyone taking part in these events, we won’t score points.
