There is also a Hurdles workshop coming up for coaches who may be interested in attending.
Introduction to Sprint Hurdles and Technical Development workshop will take place at the David Weir Leisure Centre, Carshalton, Surrey on Sunday 4th December 9:30-12:30pm.
This is a free workshop and will be practical based to help coaches to introduce hurdling to athletes and looking at the teaching progressions for all developing athletes. Coaches can choose to bring 1 or 2 athletes to the workshop which will be delivered by Olympian and coach Lorna Booth.
