WILKIE MILE 2017

 
Due to a clash of dates with the 5K Training Race, this year’s Wilkie Mile has
moved from its traditional Maundy Thursday date and will take place on
Thursday 27th April at King’s College track (tarmac surface), Ruislip.
This year there will be two races.
6.45pm: One mile race (four laps of the track)
7.00pm: One mile relay (four laps of the track)
In a similar format to the Lido Relay at Christmas, each lap can only
be run by one person, but one person can run more than one lap. In
other words, teams can comprise of one, two, three or four people!
Please register at the clubhouse by 6.30pm.
You compete entirely at your own risk.
All Club members are welcome to run, £3 fee for any non-member.

Thursday 11th June saw the 3rd 5km Training Race of the summer take place. James Laing was first to finish, fresh from a 12th place finish at the Swansea Half Marathon at the weekend, in 16:33.
