So the long awaited 2025 Vets League is underway!
On the evening of 19th May, Hillingdon Athletic Club joined other clubs at the Battersea Park stadium for the first of the Vets League fixtures.
It was a great evening of athletics!
Team captains Maria Hernandez-Humm and Trevor Steeples were extremely grateful for those HAC athletes that were able to compete. Although there were some seasoned ‘Vets leaguers’ missing, there were enough ‘old timers’ to give encouragement to the ‘newbies’. Everyone acquitted themselves well.
All HAC competitors produced brilliant results.
It’s all about the point!
We now await the official results so we know where we stand in the league.
