Hillingdon Triathletes Club are holding an event at our clubhouse in January and the following is the info I have received to share.
“We have the pleasure of Paul Doel from The Bike Shop – North Harrow, providing us with a talk and demonstration on basic Bike Maintenance. Over the years Paul and his colleagues have provided help and guidance to our club members.
Also The Bike Shop have sponsored Hillingdon Triathletes events over many years.
Prior to Paul’s talk, we have Dr Toby Richards talking about Iron Deficiency in Athletes. So please come along to support both events.
Doors open at 6.30pm, with Toby’s talk starting at 7pm.Sunday 8th Jan.
Refreshement will be available to purchase, before during and after.
For those of you who like all the gadgets and gizmos to do with bike maintenance. Mark Eidem is happy to provide another talk/demonstration.
The future bike maintenance topics can be discussed and voted upon on the night, and another date to be arranged.
