Well done to Rob Thompson who came 1st in yesterdays race to be crowned North London Cross Country Champion. He was followed home by Ermias Zeration in 2nd place. The men’s team came home in 2nd place. Carole Coulon came 2nd in the senior women’s race with the women’s team coming third. Full results to follow.

We once again descended upon Wasing Park to take on Endure24, are we mad?
Sunday 7th June saw the Coombe Hill Fell race take place. There isn’t too much to report on for this one, with only Alex Giffin and Graham Bright representing the Club at this fixture.
Thursday 11th June saw the 3rd 5km Training Race of the summer take place. James Laing was first to finish, fresh from a 12th place finish at the Swansea Half Marathon at the weekend, in 16:33.
