The Middlesex Cross Country Championships are taking place this Saturday, the 5th January, at Berkeley Fields, Greenford. Additional marshals are needed and each club has been asked to try and provide a marshall. If you are able to come along and help out please let Dave Smith know in advance so you can be allocated a position.

We once again descended upon Wasing Park to take on Endure24, are we mad?
Sunday 7th June saw the Coombe Hill Fell race take place. There isn’t too much to report on for this one, with only Alex Giffin and Graham Bright representing the Club at this fixture.
Thursday 11th June saw the 3rd 5km Training Race of the summer take place. James Laing was first to finish, fresh from a 12th place finish at the Swansea Half Marathon at the weekend, in 16:33.
