Met League Race 5 Junior Results

A lower turnout from Hillingdon Juniors at the final Met League Cross Country race at Trent Park last weekend. The athletes had to negotiate an amended course due to roaming cows! Well done to all the juniors who took part!

Age Group Changes

From 1 April 2026, the age groups in which young athletes compete under UKA rules will change from U13, U15, U17 and U20, as is currently the case, to U14, U16, U18 and U20.
