A big well done to all those who competed at Claybury yesterday. In particular Carole Coulon who came 1st in her age group and finished 7th woman overall. For the men we had two athletes in the top 10- Aramias Zeration in 8th and Rob Thompson in 10th.

Turnout was low but I’m confident this will improve for the next fixture. I appreciate that all of us have different demands on our time and have individual personal circumstances. Please do make every effort for the next race at Welwyn on the 13th November.
