Marlow 5 took place on Sunday 11th May, the race is a closed road route in Marlow, starting and finishing in Higginson Park.
James finished in 5th place, in a time of 26:38. Ryan Hamdy followed in 29:35, finishing 7th in age category. Michaela and Liz both achieved top 10 age category positions in 8th and 6th. Congratulations all!

From 1 April 2026, the age groups in which young athletes compete under UKA rules will change from U13, U15, U17 and U20, as is currently the case, to U14, U16, U18 and U20.
