Junior Sprinters Update

It’s getting colder, training conditions are becoming challenging and the endurance runners continue to grind the miles out in the mud.

Meanwhile there’s calm before the storm with our junior sprinters. They haven’t gone into hibernation until the sight of blossoming flowers or until temperatures rise above 18 degrees. Behind the scenes they’re continuing to impress, working with diligence, keeping themselves busy, strengthening and preparing their bodies for 2022

From January they’ll unleash their short bursts of speed in time for the indoor track season.
