July 5km training race

This months race was very much a family affair with 15 year old Freddie Ford winning the race in a time of 20 mins 20 seconds and his Mum Caroline Ford finishing first lady in 23:02.  Hollie Ford was first female junior in 23:28. There were 23 finishers and everyone enjoyed the BBQ and quiz at the clubhouse afterwards. Thanks to the race timekeepers and clubhouse team for another great event.
