Finchley 20 Race Coordinator
The Finchley 20 is the U.K.’s oldest 20 mile road race, and is an important fundraiser for the club, helping to keep the cost of full annual membership to less than £1.50 per week. A vacancy has arisen for a race coordinator for the 2016 Finchley 20. This is an exciting opportunity to make a contribution to the club, whilst developing new skills.The new post holder will be able to draw on a wealth of experience from previous race coordinators and supporters.
Duties:
- To recruit and lead a group of club members to deliver a safe and enjoyable race environment for participants
- Liaise with all statutory organisations and race officials
- Ensure all aspects of health and safety are complied with
John Doyle and Dave Smith, race coordinators in previous years, will be on hand to inform and assist the new holder of this post
