As spring approaches, the first events for our junior throwers are taking place.
Nathan, one of our U17 Javelin throwers took part in the Basingstoke Winter Throw Series last Saturday. In his first competition using a 700g Javelin, Nathan threw an impressive 47.37 metres.

Thursday 9th April saw the first 5km Training Race of the Summer take place!
From 1 April 2026, the age groups in which young athletes compete under UKA rules will change from U13, U15, U17 and U20, as is currently the case, to U14, U16, U18 and U20.
