Opportunities for coaches

There are throws and hurdles master classes happening in Birmingham and Brunel respectively.  Both are being taken by experts in their field (excuse the pun) and are an excellent opportunity to gain greater knowledge in these areas. They are open to all coaches.

SEAA Road Relays

HAC entered a number of teams in the various SEAA road relay competitions held at Rushmoor Arena, Aldershot over the weekend. Results are available on the Aldershot, Farnham & District Athletics Club website here.  There are some pictures available here.

Final SAL at Battersea

The final Southern Athletics League had twists and turns, and by some rudimentary calculations on the coach the team came 2nd in the match and potentially 5th in the league overall. We will update you when the final results are out.

Bleasdale UK Champion

Well done to Hillingdon Athlete, Julia Bleasdale who won the women’s 5000m at the Aviva UK trials and Championships in Birmingham on Sunday. Southern Athletics League – Saturday 30 July – Winchester
