There are throws and hurdles master classes happening in Birmingham and Brunel respectively. Both are being taken by experts in their field (excuse the pun) and are an excellent opportunity to gain greater knowledge in these areas. They are open to all coaches.
The Hurdles conference is taking place with Gary Einckler at Brunel University on Monday 14th November – Energy Systems (18:30-21:30) and Tuesday 15 November Female Sprint Hurdling (18:30-21:30)
