Marathon Workshop

A marathon workshop is being run by the West London Athletics Network on Saturday 7th December 2013. The workshop is suitable for runners of all levels, and includes training plans and advice on preparation on both the days before the race, and on the day itself. The workshop is free but a donation to TVH funds would be welcomed. For more information see WLMANmarathon131207 (1)
