On Saturday 13th July, the hottest day of the year to date, our u13/15 boys and girls made their their way to the final YDL match at Mile End reports Diane Gibbons. We had a superb team effort resulting in 25 personal bests and 2 club records broken. It was an amazing day with everyone working hard despite the very hot conditions. Unfortunately we were beaten by TVH who will gain promotion.
Also we have heard that 7 of our u13 girls have been selected to compete in the u13 intercounties match at Kingsmeadow on the 28 July. Celine Clarke (100,200), Dami Omojola(LJ), Anna Gizzi(1500), Hollie Acraman(800), Ambra Beason(HJ), Emily Wilcock(JT), Rachel Miller(JT). What a fantastic achievement by them earning their Middlesex vest. We wish them every success.
