The fixtures for the 2026 Southern Athletics League (SAL) have been announced, with 4 fixtures, one of which the venue is TBC.
The SAL is the area track and field league for clubs in the SEAA region who wish to compete in joint (male & female) teams.
The SAL will have the following structure in 2026:
There shall be 4 matches with a round robin structure in Divisions 1 and 2.
Division 3 shall have a local structure with 6 divisions. The Winners of each division shall be promoted.
Bib letters, with single letter for the A string and double letters for the B string, are specified for each team.
Our division is as follows:
Division 3 North London:
D – Barnet & District
E – Enfield & Haringey
H – Hillingdon
M – Highgate and Mornington (c)
N – Newham & Essex Beagles
O – Orion and Loughton (c)
P – Serpentine
The SAL is a key fixture on our calendar and we encourage members to make themselves available to participate!
Hillingdon Athletic Club will provide free coach travel to and from away fixtures. Members who participate in 3 or more fixtures will be awarded vouchers as thanks for their commitment.
