For the ladies Maria Hernadez-Humm took first place in the 100m and Jo Miles was over 20 seconds clear of 2nd place in the W50 2000m walk.
Jo’s training partner, Andy Cox, made it a walking double in the M50 2k. Alan Butler took the M35 100m B whilst Richard Jenkins made it an unconventional double in the 400m and 1500m.
