July 3K Training Race

Tuesday 31st saw the July 3k training run take place on quite a warm evening. A total of 40 runners took part with quite a few running for the first time so a special well done to you. The results can be found here.

Pentathlon Club Record

In the scorching heat of 1st July, Isaac Bloodworth put in a strong performance including PBs in Long Jump and 80m Hurdles to win the U15 Boys Pentathlon with a club record breaking score of 2260 points which. Hillingdon Athlete at the Commonwealth Games

Good Luck to Sean Crowie who will compete at the Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast for the Island of his grandfathers birth, St Helena. He will be the first sprinter to represent the Island and will run in both the 100m and 200m next week. The opening ceremony is on Wednesday 4th April.
