Records at Park Run

Current U20 800m indooor champion Matt Fayers extended his range with a fine run of 15.28 for a XC 5K on Saturday morning. He was taking part in the Black park Park run as a training run and attempt on the course record at the same time. He did beat the old course record to become the fastest U20 but this race was actually won in a new course record of 15.09. Hopefully next time he can break it and sub 15.
