This year’s Wilkie Mile will take place on Thursday 6 th July at King’s College track (tarmac surface), Ruislip.
This year there will be four races.
6.45pm: One mile race (four laps of the track) for estimated time over 6 mins 30sec
7.00pm: One mile race (four laps of the track) for estimated time under 6 mins 30sec
7.15pm: One mile relay (four laps of the track)
In a similar format to the Lido Relay at Christmas, each lap can only
be run by one person, but one person can run more than one lap. In
other words, teams can comprise of one, two, three or four people!
7.30pm: Watchless “Guess Your Time” One mile race
(four laps of the track)
Please register and collect your numbers (please bring safety pins) at the
clubhouse by 6.30pm.
You compete entirely at your own risk.
