Tri-County Indoor Championships

The Tri-Counties Indoor Championship, including Middlesex, took place at the weekend, on 15/ 16th March at Lee Valley Athletics Centre.

Hillingdon had some athletes attending, although only a very small number of the club members.  Some races had heats, semis & then the final, whereas in others, there was a straight final, all depending on the numbers entered. Both days were busy and the timetable was packed, with events for each discipline and each county.

Our Officials, Alan Ford, Michael Illing & Suzanne Kendall were there for the club, working in their various capacities on track and field. It’s the Officials who enable these event to take place for all our athletes and we are always grateful for the time they give.
