This Thursday is the 100th 5k Training Race starting at 6.40pm. The race is free to Hillingdon AC members with a small charge of £3 for non club members. Register at the clubhouse in Ruislip by 6.20pm if you wish to take part. Following the race there will be hot food served at the clubhouse, after which will be a games evening. Fun for all!
