Thames towpath ten

Ten HAC athletes turned out for this Fuller’s sponsored race. The race started out along the Thames to Richmond, before looping back along the road to Mortlake, and then returning to the towpath for the last couple of miles. First home was Stevan Dokic in 1:15:31 (96th), closely followed by James Quinn in 104th place  finishing in 1:15:43. The first lady home was recent sub four hour marathoner Lucy Duncan in 280th, finishing in 1:27:53. Another recent marathoner,  Lynda Copson was 275th in 1:35:38. Another remarkable run, and HAC performance of the day, from Angela Duncan had her finishing closely behind Lynda in 1:35:56. Full results can be found here
