A Super Saturday at Battersea parkrun on Saturday 25th October. Dylan Lewis raced 5k in 15:28 and came 4th. Also an over 30 seconds PB! U17 Dylan’s parkrun was 3rd fastest 16 year old in the UK and 41st fastest parkrun ever in the UK by someone aged 16 or under! It is the 81st fastest U17 ever by a 16 or 17 year old. Matt Fayers, the club record holder, was 1 second faster aged 17.
15 year old Luke Sery also achieved a 40 second PB in 17:15. Another year another minute!

On Saturday 1st November, the 77th Liddiard Trophy was hosted at Fryent Country Park, Kingsbury, with representation from Hillingdon AC in the form of both men’s and women’s teams
