Sunday 8th – YDL Lower

It all started well & the coach left Hillingdon at 0815 with our U13’s & U15’s for a day trip south to sunny Southampton. The first YDL Lower of the season. It was a busy competition with athletes from

Chiltern Harriers
City of Portsmouth AC
Guildford & Godalming AC
Hillingdon AC
Southampton AC
Team Dorset
Windsor, Slough, Eton & Hounslow AC

The sun kept shining & our athletes kept performing. PB’s were just rolling out, simply too many to mention. It looks like a couple of club records might have been broken, we will await times on Power of 10 to verify that.

Overall it was close, between third & fourth but at the end of the day Hillingdon came in fourth. The next YDL Lower is only two weeks away and everyone will be heading back down to Southampton.
