Event 3 runs for all of this week until Sunday. Run a 5k and upload your time to the (not)parkrun section of the parkrun website for your home run. If you’re not already registered with parkrun then you’ll have to fill in a little form beforehand.

Scoring will be age graded, not based on the fastest time, so there’s a max score for Doug.
I will check for runners who have registered their clubs as HAC or D4F at Northala Fields, Black Park, Ricky, Osterley, South Oxhey and Cassiobury. If you are not registered as HAC/D4F and/or have a different home run then you will need to let me know or you won’t get a score.
