A small band of HAC athletes strayed out of the county last Sunday and competed in the South Bucks 10K otherwisde known as the Black Park Long race!
Joseph Doyle ran well to finish 49th out of 232 runners in 42.39 to secure first place in the Junior men under 20 category. Ted Hamilton was 52nd in 43.13 to finish 3rd in the MV60 class and Andy Torrance recorded a twenty year personal best to finish in 61st place in 44.18.
The race was run in pleasant condtions on quiet roads around Black Park with the finish sited within the Park near the normal Parkrun finish.
