Congratulations to both our men’s and women’s teams at the SEAA Cross Country Relays at Wormwood Scrubs on Saturday 19th October
Our XC team managers summed up the event:
Congratulations to the six ladies that ran the relays at Wormwood Scrubs. On what was a gloriously sunny afternoon after a miserable morning, Team A (Hannah, Mel & Zoe) came 21st out of 38 teams in a respectable 38 minutes and Team B (Lotte, Lucy & Vicky) came 34th in a shade under 52 minutes.
Recognition this week goes to those athletes who competed at the SEAA cross country relays at wormwood scrubs. The A team finished 14th over the four-leg 4.2km course thanks to Connell Metcalf (15:20, 20th), James Laing (14:50, 13th), Kallum Pritchard (15:24, 13th) and V50 Paul Cuddihy (16:22, 14th) while Jeff Shotton (17:16, 30th) and Stevan Dokic (21:32, 32nd) ran in an incomplete B team.
