Rob Thompson set a new course record on Thursday 14th August of 15.17 and Karmen Pardoe also set a course record in the womens 45 age group of 19.21. Congratulations to both Rob and Karmen. There were 34 runners in total and the results can be found by clicking here. The next 5k training race is Thursday 11th September. This will be the centenary race and the club would like 100+ members to run and support this historic event
