There is now a facility to enter the County championships on-line – just go to the County website at http://www.middlesexaa.org.uk/ and click where indicated(box above recent announcements header), this takes you to the on-line web page, then click on “entry form” in the left hand column. Although the site indicates Paypal, you can also use any normal credit or debit card or even enter on line and then send a cheque.
You can still use a manual form as attached and this is also accessible via the website, cost of entry is the same whichever method you use.
