Why not come and run off some of the xmas excesses this Saturday, 28th December at the Lido Relays.
The race consists of 3 laps of the 1.6 mile course. The race can be run in teams of 3, with one runner completing each lap; teams of two with one runner completing two laps; or if you are feeling particularly fit an individual runner can complete all three laps.
The race will start near the boathouse at the Ruislip Lido at 2pm. David Smith will be taking registrations at the clubhouse from 1pm.
