It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout at the Middlesex Road Relays, with brilliant performances across all age groups!

The final Training Race of the year saw a field of 52 runners on a cool evening, much welcomed after the previous few Training Races in hot conditions!

We had a fantastic morning at Black Park parkrun on Saturday 9th August to celebrate Alice and Martyn’s Wedding Day!

The fifth and penultimate 5km Training Race of the year took place on Thursday 14th August on a warm evening, which saw a turnout of 55 starters, including 3 debutants!

The date of the Middlesex 10km, the final fixture of the Summer Series has been confirmed as the Sunday 5th October.

On Sunday 20th July, the Summer Series heated up with its 12th Fixture – the fast and vibrant St Albans Summer 10km!
