Big Dog Backwood Challenge

It was great to see an awesome turnout of 68 runners and walkers participating in the inaugural Big Dog Backwood Challenge on Saturday 5th July.

Club members, family and friends enjoyed breakfast, a BBQ and refreshments from the bar. Well done to everyone who participated and a huge congratulations to the magnificent 7: Faisal, Duncan, Shaun, Jeff, Ed, Mel and Harry who completed all 12 laps, covering 50 miles!

Give it up for Harry, the Big Dog Backwood Challenge champion, completing all 12 laps and achieving the fastest final lap!

A big thank you to everyone who offered help throughout the day, from serving food to processing results, it wouldn’t’ve been possible without you. A big thank you to John and Zoe for planning and organising the event!
