All members are invited to the Annual General Meeting of Hillingdon Athletic Club to be held at the Clubhouse, 206 Bury Street on Tuesday 6 March at 8.15 pm. The Agenda and previous minutes have sent to all members via email, please print these if you require them for the meeting as hard copies will not be available at the meeting. A hard copy is also displayed in the Clubhouse.
The Club Accounts, referred to in Agenda Item 5, are not available for early circulation as the audit is in progress. If you wish to obtain a copy in advance of the meeting, please contact Martin Searle on .
As in the past we have scheduled a question and answer session immediately after the formal meeting at which you are invited to raise questions, make suggestions and generally contribute to help us run the club as effectively as possible.
