Well done to Liam Holbrook and Nikki Penty- Alverez who finished fist male and female in this months 5km training race. Liam finished in a time of 16:00, 30 seconds ahead of James Laing. Nikki finished in 19:58 (9th overall). For the vets its worth noting Kevin MacDonald’s time of 18:43 (6th place). There were 39 participants in all.
