2020 Gosunder Handicap Trophy results

This weekend’s Gosunder held on a new, covid friendly, course around Mad Bess Woods saw 32 finishers plus Martin Searle who stopped after 1 lap to look at the pigeons, reports Dan Spinks.

It’s a real shame that we couldn’t have the normal presentation ceremony afterwards as I know how much this win will mean to this year’s victor.

If you look at the photo of the wonderful trophy you’ll see the same name appearing in both 2015 and 1959. There’s also a gap on the left of the picture where that same name is going to appear again

Yes, 61 (sixty-one) years after first winning it Doug Milsom has written himself into HAC history becoming the first 3 time winner of the Gosunder. Many, many congratulations.
