Mount Sac Relays, Walnut, California. April 19/20/21 Julia Bleasdale (Nic Bideau) smashed her 5000m PB by almost 20 seconds with 15:25.62 and was inside the Olympic B standard of 15:30.0. Congratulations to Jack Kirby who, on Thursday evening, at the Mayor’s Sporting Achievement Awards ceremony collected the Mayor’s Cup for ‘Sports Personality of the Year’ from the Mayor of Hillingdon, Cllr Mary O’Connor MBE reports Angela Wilcox.
